"Pet friendly"

"This motel was an absolute disappointment on every level. The room was not clean. There were stains on the top bed cover and the pillow case and the floor. . There were hairs in the sink on arrival and a musty odor in the halls. We assume that smell was from the filthy, green swamp in the swimming pool. The staff was uncaring and blamed the dirty room on "remodeling".... Ummm no. Avoid this place."

"The room door was open when arrived. Took 10 room keys just to finally open door when closed. Rats and roaches. No towels, or trash can. Stove didnt work. No microwave. Manager refused to move us to another room. "

"Pool was not clean…..lots of ceiling tiles with water damage…..floor in room was not clean needed some TLC…..TV had blue screen on it…..still paid full price for it??? Don’t know if I’ll return"

"Sink with standing water and soup. Asked 5 times that they send somebody to fix it . They seemed to go out of their way to ignore me . They invited me to check out (Iwork nights so that would have been complicated) . It is a budget hotel but they seem to actively neglect the place . The employees just don’t care . "

"All was fine. The advertisement of upgrades was not fulfilled of the snacks being delivered, but other that that it's a good bargain price and hotel. Great customer service!"
