The hotel is in excellent condition; however, I have two observations. The first is about the breakfast: although it is good, it is quite basic and there seemed to be a lack of attention from the staff as well as in the replenishment of the food. Several of the food trays were almost empty, the bread was frozen, the coffee was extremely strong, and there was no staff available to assist guests. The second thing that surprised me was that Wi-Fi internet requires an additional fee. It had been years since I had seen a hotel charge extra for this service

Was just what we wanted in a room. The only thing was we left a bag that had some vitamins and food by the time we realize it was left behind we call and were told they threw the package away .it was $120 worth of vitamins. I just had hold them at least 24 hr before throwing it away . We called 3 hr afterwards that they were left behind.

Front desk lady was very pretty, she was also really nice and welcoming. She was able to accommodate My Family’s rooms next to each other. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and good vibes through out the hotel. Breakfast and coffee was hot and on point. The hotel is also at a very good location with restaurants at a walking distance. Will definitely stay here again next time i come to El Paso.
