This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived (actually even before arrival as the concierge assisted me in preparing an anniversary surprise for my partner), the staff was amazing. The grounds were immaculate, the rooms very nice, and the breakfast was great as well. 10/10 recommend.

The bathrooms smelled terrible, notified the cleaning stuff, with no outcome. The bedsheets were changed often, but no vacuum made in 4 days, even if is a 5 stars hotel. The breakfast was good, the swimming pool water was pleasant. In order to get some amenities I had to remind the front desk. No status at Expedia was recognized or upgrade offered.

The Hotel Villagio is in the middle of many great restaurants and shops in Yountville, which is centrally located in Napa Valley. Beautiful hotel with great service and many amenities, including music and breakfast in the lobby.

Initially our room was located next to the pool. We found the music especially the heavy bass sound to be very unpleasant. We called the front desk; the staff member apologized & said he would lower the volume. Unfortunately the noise continued and we asked to be moved. Staff responded immediately and moved us to a more comfortable room.
