One of the best Four Seasons properties in which I have stayed. And, the best property I have stayed in Napa/Sonoma. Food was excellent. Rooms were clean, new and beautiful. The service was second to none. I could not recommend this property more.
Great stay! Service was fantastic. Loved the clean rooms with super modern amenities. Lunch poolside was great. Service for breakfast at Trusss was not great. Otherwise, a perfect getaway.
Fantastic birthday weekend. We spent the day with brunch at the hotel restaurant, adult pool with a skilled DJ playing the right music, and wine tasting at the in-residence winery. We should have stayed for dinner. The room was spacious, modern, and the bed very confortable. Everything you can expect from the 4 seasons.
Loved this property. Did not want leave! Arrived at a beautiful property including a large pool facing out to the vineyards and relaxing spa. Attentive personnel, delicious meals and rooms designed and decorated to provide a restful stay.
From the moment you arrive at the resort everything is about making your stay relaxing and memorable. All staff are friendly and focussed on customer service - we went for a swim prior to the pool bar/restaurant opening and were greeted with a member of staff making sure if there was anything we needed we could get it. The rooms are incredible, the restaurants good and well stocked with wine and knowledgeable staff. Simply excellent resort in all aspects
We have had a fantastic stay at Four Seasons Napa. The room was clean and luxuriously comfortable, the staff couldn’t have been friendlier and we had a wonderful week. Auro was worthy of 3 Michelin stars, possibly the best meal we’ve ever had. Chef Garcia and his team were amazing. Highly recommended
FOH and F&B staff were great. Shout out to Alonzo and Jeff at Truss. Top notch. Disappointing that Auro ( Michelin star) is not open Sunday through Wednesday.
Pool on Sunday, next to no service, had to put up umbrella and get towels. Kids pool for kids 1year -to 15 years is 30" deep and was 94 degrees. Asked if there was a problem with the heater , never got an answer. Asked if the kids could cool off in the other pool ( it was 84) steps and got the brush off. Watched the pool bartender make me a gin/tonic at the pool, he pours the gin and tonic water in a bare glass with no ice and hands it to me. I just laugh and tell him he forgot something. Ulisis was the pool manager on Monday , did a good job.
The rooms are very nice. the downside for our family is that there are no double queen rooms, they are actually double beds. The queens would easily fit, I think the hotel owners ( not 4 seasons) are discouraging anyone with a family of 4 from staying at the hotel. For a couple, It's very nice. Not sure I'd go back with a family, given the bed and pool situation. Given the emptiness of the property, I think the customers are sending a message and management should listen.
I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Napa, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and every detail felt well thought-out. The location was perfect for exploring Napa’s wineries and restaurants, yet the property itself was peaceful and relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly come back again. Highly recommended!
