"We chose this motel because of the wonderful reviews it received, and our stay confirmed the positive nature of the reviews. The staff were invariably friendly, warm and welcoming! The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the amenities, such as the extra snacks and fruit available in the lobby along with the coffee 24/7 were way above our expectations! Fresh and delicious, and exactly what we needed after coming and going for two days! We appreciated our evening host's help in steering us toward local restaurants, and our morning host's assistance in directing us toward our next stop! The room felt a little smaller than expected because we had two queen beds in the space, but it made little difference in the comfort of our stay. We would be very happy to return whenever we are in the area again!"

"The hotel was in a quiet location it was maintained and clean . The staff was friendly and helpful especially the desk staff , Heather on days and Robin on the night shift were very engaging and helpful. The cleaning crew were adequate although simple mistakes were made as not replacing towels and face cloths and not replacing coffee and the creamer/ sugars when depleted. The gym was basic but had a decent amount of machines and a cable work out machine. The pool ( which I didn't use) was small , square and more for keeping cool other than swimming. The breakfast served was good with eggs ( scrambled or omelets) bacon , sausage ( link or patty) ,potatoes, various bagels ,English muffins , muffins , yogurt, waffles and more. Juice , coffee ,tea also of course. The woman responsible for cooking and stocking the breakfast worked hard and did a great job keeping up with demand and was very friendly too. For more amenities see their site. Overall I was pleased with my two week stay."

"Its an older place so not up to date but for the price and the size of the room I thought it was OK. If you have to have the newest up to date place than no, but if you just want a quite place to stay and don't care about something new than its not too bad."

"We arrived later than planned and was a little challenging to find our room in the dark. The windows were open when we arrived, and our unit was smoky causing us to cough a lot from wood burning hot tubs smell. The room and bed were comfortable. Did get a little overwhelmed with all the instructions for our stay."

"Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!"
