"We cannot praise the staff at this hotel highly enough. From the front desk to breakfast staff to the room attendants. All were welcoming, polite and so friendly. The location is great, it’s an easy walk to train and we had a lot of luggage and an easy walk into town.
We would highly recommend staying at this wonderful hotel."
"Noise insulation is not the best and a shame that the restaurant does not do takeaways so guests would have been able to enjoy their meals in their rooms or as room service. Other than that, brilliant views, mesmerising decors in the lobby that definitely added to the charm of Whitby"
