"I was pleasantly surprised at the Cedar Bradford. The rooms were clean and comfortable and staff very helpful. We attended an event and couldn't fault the service at the function. The parking on site is paid, but, like the hotel rate, was very reasonable and value for money. My only criticism (although not a major issue) is we only found out they did a Desi breakfast in the bar area after we had eaten breakfast. If I am ever in the area again I would happily stay at the Cedar and would recommend it."

"Central location. Very friendly lady at check in and sweets. Room very compact and bed frame scraped calves as you get out but clean and comfortable once lying down. overall a pleasant stay."

"Some furnishings could do with a revamp, although all clean. food was nice and large potions in the evening . Staff were helpful. Disappointed not as plush as pictures indicate. Further from York than anticipated"

"Needs updating carpet etc and tv’s shouldn’t be on back to back walls as noise from next bedroom through wall was totally unacceptable"
