"only a one night stay ,room was very clean, large bed was extra comfortable with good amount of pillows. bathroom spotless. Reception very friendly and helpful. Breakfast fantastic, i had full english but there was a wide and varied choice of other food and juice/drinks, coffee refilled multiple times. Breakfast staff friendly and quick to serve/ clear. Overall a great experience and i have no hesitation in recommending the Minster Hotel to anyone 10/10"

"Very friendly staff and efficient check in. Excellent location. We had a room with an amazing view of York Minster. It was up 38 steps ( no lift to this part of the hotel) but the view made the climb worth it. Quiet despite its central location. Lovely breakfast, again with views of the Minster. Would stay again. "
