"From the moment we arrived, the staff were genuinely welcoming. The room was spotless, very roomy and comfortable. Outstanding customer service from housekeeping, reception and the restaurant where we have our breakfast. Perfect location to the main attractions. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a first class experience. "

"Nice clean hotel in a good location with easy access to the metro. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Very nice bathroom with bath and shower.The rooms are a good size for solo travellers however people with multiple suitcases may struggle for space. No wardrobe space provided in the room I stayed in. The room layout is the biggest negative as the sliding door can’t fully block the automatic motion sensor light in the corridor which is activated by people walking past the room outside. Also the air conditioning cannot be adjusted, therefore the room is quite warm. "

"Top location, at the steps of exit of Gongdeok station with direct link to airport and easy access to key areas in Seoul. Rooms are comfortable. Bathroom has a great shower. All spotlessly clean. There also is a 7-11 on site open till 1AM! On the negative side: I had a stressful departure. Front desk called 5 minutes after check out time informing me that if I won't check out in 15 minutes I will be charged. Communication style needs serious improvement because it cancelled my otherwise positive impression of the hotel."
