"It was really cozy and comfortable stay for 6 nights. Staffs were friendly and assisted us a lot during the stay. They cleaned the room every day so it felt like a first night stay every time we go back to our room. Building seems to be a little older than expected and there were some damages on interiors in our room. However it was a minor issue and barely visible. "Stayed at the GLAD Hotel and overall had a good experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was large with excellent water pressure. The location was convenient with plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The main downside was the noise — kids running through the halls and doors slamming made it difficult to fully relax at times. Also, the “airport shuttle” is somewhat misleading. It’s actually a public city bus pickup located about 1.5 blocks from the hotel, not a dedicated hotel shuttle. It was farther distance to many sites than I expected but Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel with a few drawbacks."
