"This is our very first trip to Japan so getting to and from the airport and train station would have been challenging. We selected this hotel for it’s reasonable price and shuttle service. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable mattress, fantastic water pressure in the shower, high end features in the room including a dehumidifier. We really appreciated the excellent shuttle service. The rooms at this hotel are bigger than the standard Japanese hotel rooms. The location of the hotel is perfect, so close to the bus and train stations, and also several shopping centres."

"Hotel located close and walkable distance to the cruise terminal . (10 min walk ) . Clean and comfortable. Staff was great and helped me with some documents that needed to be print . Breakfast on site and there is a 7 eleven close to it . Chinatown 5 min walk . Will recommend!"
