Shinagawa Prince Hotel
This hotel is simply reaching end of service life. Needs a major renovation. We chose it so that we can ride Narita express the next day. There is very few things around the hotel. It's not worth it. Pick something else if you dont need proximity to station.

The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3
Perfect location with access to Terminal 3. Check in and check out were both very easy. Breakfast had lots of options to suit everyone. Room was clean and very functional.

DoubleTree by Hilton Tokyo Ariake
Beautiful new property. Outstanding staff from checkin to checkout. Nice breakfast buffet, and a nice bar/pub style restaurant attached. The rooms are small,(that’s Tokyo), but very very nice. Close to 2 subway stations! The Airport Limousine Bus stops here, very convenient.

Room was very nice reasonable size with queen bed- good pillows. Nice size shower/bathtub and bathroom space. Desk and closet. The lights operation was frustrating there is a main switch for all light power in the room then each light had to be switched on and off manually with its direct switch. ...
