Convenient walk from Haneda in terminal. Check-in was all by kiosk. Minimal staff. Room was small. No luggage rack. Lights were all or nothing. Breakfast buffet was good once you found it.

Perfect stay. Free daily bottled water. Bar & restaurant were not free and had early hours for opening & closing. But it wasn’t expensive.
