予約の時に山側の部屋しか空きがなかったので、景色は諦めていたのですが、チェックインしたあと部屋に向かうと、みなとみらいの景色が見れる部屋でとても感動しました。 1階には無料の氷の機械も置いてありとても便利でした。 また予約したいと思います。

老舗ホテルなのでスタッフの対応はとても良く感じました。工事中とのことでしたが騒音も気にならずリフォーム済みのきれいなお部屋を使わせてもらい快適でした。 卓上に化粧用ミラーがあれば便利だと思います。

桜木町からも日ノ出町からも近く便利です。ただ、野毛坂近くなので、日ノ出町側からくると坂道はあります。 私は京急に近いのが便利で良かったです。 現在改装中とのことで、古さが感じられる場所もありますが、清潔で掃除は行き届いていると思いました。 お部屋で困ったことがあったときも、受付の方がすぐに対応してくださり、その後も気持ちよく滞在することができました。 歯ブラシは子供用サイズもありました。 桜木町側（海側）サイドの上の階だとコスモクロックが半分くらい見えて、横浜らしさも楽しめました。 周辺には飲食店もたくさんあります。 また次回も泊まっていいなと思うホテルでした。
