チェックインチェックアウトの時、すぐに来て手伝ってくれました。掃除の方も挨拶をしてくれて温かい感じのホテルでした。朝食もおいしかったです。 セーフティボックスがなかったのは残念ですが、駅からもそんなに遠くないし、中華街や元町駅が近くて、荷物を預けるボックスがあって便利でした。
