Amazing views from our room on the 16th floor. The staff was awesome. The complimentary lounge on our floor also had beautiful views with yummy treats & a coctail hour. The included breakfast was delicious & 1st class. What's not to like about this awesome hotel for under $200 USD per night?

Loved just about everything at this hotel, lovely room, view, location. But the service in the western dining room and the lounge was horrible. The breakfast service was so slow, was it because we didnt have a coupon for the free breakfast? The beverage lounge was almost non existent service, we had to get up to find a server.
