Served the purpose, sleep!

Only smoking rooms were available so it have that order but after a few minutes I no longer noticed it. Quite a small room but it was good for what we wanted, sleeping and moving on.

For the price I expect a pillow that isn’t made out of rocks the pillow was so hard I virtually got no sleep. The bedrooms were some what clean, between the bed had a mountain of dust. I would not reccomend anyone to stay here for that fact, very outdated cheaply renovated hotel.

While the pricepoint was definitely lower, it was not a horrible hotel. However, Upon getting to our room, it was most definitely outdated and could have used much more cleaning (the floor behind the headboards and the nightstands was covered in dust and filth that wasnt cleaned from simply not moving the furniture) what made me literally laugh, was two double beds and ONE pillow for each bed. If you are looking for budget, this is it. If you want nicer, I would look at spending a bit more. It was not located near a lot of touristy places, but that wasnt my main focus this trip, just putting it out as an FYI.

Location close to rail station. In an industrial looking area. Nice market and convenience stores nearby. Hotel dark and dated looking. Coin operated washer dryer near lobby on property. Small coffee shop on second floor. Free relatively fast Wi-Fi service in room but spotty connectivity outside room in rest of property. Typical small Japanese hotel. Single outlet on desk. Extension cord provided to use microwave and hot pot. Small refrigerator. Price is reasonable. Would recommend if traveling alone on business and want to stay somewhere economical, close to train yet very near Yokohama (3 stops away).

Worst experience ever. I had thought to skip this hotel review completely cos they are getting worst. 6mths later and we are back in Japan. We are reminded never ever to go to any LiveMax and use LiveMax as a comparison for worst hotels to stay in our travels. They wanted this review to be shared. Terrible experience. Have been to many countries but never stayed in such an awful hotel before. Was greeted by a rude hotel manager that pretended not to know English. Had scared us as he shouted instructions to unload our car and check in. We shouted back at him. Then discovered he knows English and could even share his exp of the places he visited in our country. Then discovered that this place is poorly maintained like a table with broken leg, toilet cabinet cover broken, side of mattresses showing its springs. And it seemed changing rooms just widens the exp. Smokey corridors and musky rooms and damp carpets with windows opened to ventilate everything. One of our rooms had no air con but a portable ventilator. Also felt very unsafe at night. Experienced the worst to the max.

I reserved a non-smoking room for 3, but we received a smoking one. I told them to find us a new non-smoking room because we have health issues especially with pollutants. Right when we entered the room, it smelled as a smoking room. Not only they insisted that what they gave us was a non-smoking which was not, they dismissed my complaint and did not take responsibility. They told us it was only one night that we booked so they cannot change. I took photos of the room which shows the ashtray by the table. After that one night stay, we moved to our new hotel which was complete opposite of this hotel. On our way to the new place, we felt different. We all got sick, but my mom got it worst. After moving to a new hotel, we rushed her to the hospital. They even thought it was COVID, but her test was negative and her illness was due to the fact that we stayed in that room which can be proved by the doctor's findings. Our dream vacation turned into a nightmare of health issues and stayed in for the rest of our time here. We will not go back nor recommend this place. Unprofessional and Irresponsible staff, and unhealthy environment.
