感動しました

チェックイン前にホテルに到着し、荷物を預けて出かける予定でしたが、ウェルカムドリンクをロビー近くで飲んでいた時、スタッフの方に声をかけてもらい、会員登録をすればチェックイン時間を1時間早くできると言われ、登録と同時にチェックイン時間になり、早い時間からホテルで休み、出かける事ができました その日は気温が高く、午前中から気温が高かったので、外のイベント終わりでホテルに荷物預けに行けれただけでも十分だと思っていたので、本当にありがたかったです お部屋も隣の部屋の音が聞こえたりする事なく、快適に過ごせました 朝食バイキングは、席が少ないのもあり、少し待ちましたが、美味しく食事できました 席で食事できそうにないかたには、お部屋で食事が出来る様に、容器なども置いていました チェックアウト後でも荷物を預ける事ができ、対応の素晴らしさに、感動しました また横浜に行けれる機会があれば、絶対に利用させて頂きたいです ありがとうございました
