Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
The hotel was in a very convenient location - especially for first time visitors to Tokyo. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The only issue was that our experience with the staff is that they weren’t the most friendly and it was quite chaotic in the lobby with their bag storage system.

The hotel reception is located in the mall building, 3rd floor. It’s honestly great because there’s a Lawson and family mart within the building opened 24/7.
