"This is a very clean and comfortable place at a great price point. The best thing is the really sweet couple running the place. It's an old property but for the price it is safe, clean and what you need for a couple good nights of sleep. I came here for a marathon in Shiner so it was a good location. It's near HEB and a few interesting towns like Luling and Gonzalez on the fringe of hill country. "

"Safe, peaceful. Hard floors free of carpet, dust or insects. Hygienic surfaces throughout. Almost full size refrigerator/ freezer in our room was so helpful since we travel with our own special food. Short drive to HEB and to Brackenridge Park where our Congregation event was held. Staff is helpful and adequately available. This is our second year to come, will likely come again. The price is a great value!"
