"Clean room, beautiful view"

"From the second we booked this hotel, to checkout our experience was absolutely amazing!!! First off the staff is amazing!!! They allowed us early check in since rooms were available. My husband called before we arrived and informed them that it was my birthday, so they upgraded our room to give us executive lounge access with free breakfast and beverages and snakcs available throughout the day! Our room was on the highest floor and we had the MOST incredible view of the entire city with Mt. Ranier to the left and the cascades to the right! The view of the space needle was beautiful from here as well! The bathrooms were top notch and the toilet even had the japanese style bidets with heated seats and dryers! Staying at this hotel was a top experience for us in Seattle and without a doubt I will always return here when I come back to Seattle!!! Highly highly recommend! I would even say this could go as far as one of my most favorite hotel stays ever!"

"Perfect place to lay over in Seattle on way back to Anchorage after long flight from east coast. Spotless, quiet, great staff, great restaurant on site, liquor store one block away, Subway and smaller restaurants one block away, 24 hour shuttle every 20 minutes to airport. Fantastic breakfast! Our new favorite! Have stayed here 4 times past year and always felt safe and pampered. Well done, Coast! "

"This is my second year in a row staying at citizenM Seattle Pioneer Square, and it absolutely lived up to my first experience. The location is unbeatable with incredible walkability and easy access to everything downtown, the waterfront, Pike Place Market, and the stadiums. Being able to walk almost everywhere makes the stay effortless and enjoyable. The bar and restaurant are fantastic with a great atmosphere and consistently good food and drinks. It is an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring or meetings. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. They are genuinely welcoming, friendly, and attentive, and they make you feel valued every time you walk through the door. That level of service is exactly why I chose to return for a second year. Stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located, CitizenM Pioneer Square has become my go to hotel in Seattle and I will absolutely be back again."
