Bedrooms were small but functional, bathrooms a little tired. Was unable to stop room being too hot despite turning down radiators. Breakfast service was slow and random, much better to provide a buffet, or even just a self service coffee machine, it could take 20 mins to get a coffee in morning.

The room was clean and very comfortable for the week. Pool table, ping pong and table football all well appreciated by the teens we had on the ski trip. "The hotel from hell. They say check-in is from 4pm which is already quite late, but don’t expect to get your room key until 6pm. Chaotic queues at check-in and it took people several hours before they got their room keys. Apart from that the hotel is run-down, tired and untidy. Certainly not worth the price. In the end we didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. Fortunately it was only a one night stay. We were only too happy to move on in the morning."
