"This hotel was very comfortable to stay in with friendly and accommodating staff. The included breakfast was fine, not sure about the dinners as we chose to eat out. The room was clean and very comfortable for the week. Pool table, ping pong and table football all well appreciated by the teens we had on the ski trip. "Love this place! A little off of the beaten track, but worth it. Lots of great restaurants nearby and close enough to everything you need. A bit of a hike to the railway station, so make sure you have comfy shoes and good wheels on your suitcase. "

Bedrooms were small but functional, bathrooms a little tired. Was unable to stop room being too hot despite turning down radiators. Breakfast service was slow and random, much better to provide a buffet, or even just a self service coffee machine, it could take 20 mins to get a coffee in morning.

"The best location in the town. Just few steps from the lift.
Dinner is very good and there are options for vegetarians and gluten free. But the breakfast is poor.

"The hotel from hell. They say check-in is from 4pm which is already quite late, but don’t expect to get your room key until 6pm. Chaotic queues at check-in and it took people several hours before they got their room keys. Apart from that the hotel is run-down, tired and untidy. Certainly not worth the price. In the end we didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. Fortunately it was only a one night stay. We were only too happy to move on in the morning."
