"대리석 바닥이라 아기가 넘어질수 있고 별도의 침구도 제공되지 않았습니다. 벽지가 좀 뜯겨 있다던지 선정리가 안되었다던지 등 룸의 상태가 좋다고 생각 되진 않았네요. 수영장과 워터파크는 뷰도 좋고 아이들이 놀기 좋다 느껴졌습니다. 다만 탈의실이 로비에 멀리 떨어져있어 불편했고, 9월 이후 레스토랑등 100퍼센트 서비스가 제공이 되지않는데 가격우 성수기와 비슷한 부분은 잘 이해가 되지 않았습니다"
