"Just need pool to be cleaner "

"When we checked in it was the first time we found out the property DOESNT have an elevator. I am handicapped and had no way to get to the room on the 2nd floor without out sitting on the ground and going backwards step by step. I had no choice because there wasn’t another hotel in the area that had a vacancy. You need to put on your website that you are NOT HANDICAPPED access. It was the worst stay I have ever had!!!"

"There were dog footprints that were stained into the freshly changed sheets on my bed when I entered the room. There were roaches in the room. the bed was sunken in, which makes clear that they do not ever rotate or replace the mattresses. The shower was a corner shower like the ones in an RV. The toilet flushed, but did not take the contents down with the water, thus flushing was a series of 4-5 flushes. The second floor walkways are crumbling, and severely slanted, which clearly demonstrates that they are not safe, and are going to collapse in the near future. This was evidenced by one of the three staircases being closed because of the same deterioration of the concrete. This was a very unpleasant stay."

"I stayed in a suite , plenty of room in the room, clean, quiet and beds were comfortable. Good options for breakfast , pool and hot tub were both wonderful... "

"The lobby smells badly like animal urine. Very unappealing upon arrival. Thought it was just a fluke the last time we stayed here, but that gross smell was there again yesterday. Also weird we had to show an ID for anyone over the age of 18 staying in the room. We travel extensively and have never been asked this. Bed was also very squeaky. Every move made a loud sound. "

"We arrived and had to wait an hour and a half for our room, while others were being checked in before us. We understand delays happen, but there was no communication or updates during the wait, which was frustrating after traveling and being exhausted. The room itself was disappointing, the carpet was in poor condition and looked worn out. Breakfast was also underwhelming; by 8 a.m., they were already out of waffle mix, which made it challenging with a 13-year-old ready to eat. For $250 a night, the overall experience was very underwhelming, and unfortunately, it’s not a place we would return to. "

"The property was very clean, the staff was both friendly and helpful. For an historic building, the rooms were larger than expected. They have a parking lot across the street that can accommodate a pickup truck or larger vehicle. It's only a few blocks from Whiskey Row too. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. "
