"On arrival my wife and I upgraded to a larger room far away from the noisy traffic. The upgrade, by paying extra was made easy by the friendly staff member. The studio room we moved had plenty of space to stay for many nights and it was far away from the noisy highway. "
"We were charged twice for a room that was disappointing, lounge room lights did not work, bare electric wires protruding from wall, tap at hand basin did not work, shower tidy rusty and dirty, and carpets dirty, empty cigarette packet in TV cabinet, TV did not work.

"OMG. This was a stunning apartment with buetiful views of the city. Very clean and was presented very well. Staff were plesent on arrial. Plenty to see and do as in the CBD area with shops and restuarants near by."
