"Husband and I stayed two nights for the NBA/ NBL. Perfect location for what we needed, where we needed to be. Trams on Collins and 2 minute walk down to trams for Rod Laver Arena. Bourke Street Mall not too far either, location was excellent. Service was great, staff very friendly. For us, the room was perfect. We had bedroom suite, exactly the space we needed. Would definitely staycation here again. "

"We are in New Zealand, this was a birthday present from me to my wife and daughter who share a birthday only a few days apart. It was for them the Melbourne experience and a 5 day shopping trip. (yes, I know, I'm brave). Firstly to make it an occasion I rang the receptionist (Kate) on the morning of their arrival and asked whether the hotel could do something "special" for their arrival. That eve my wife rang and raved the hotel had presented a bottle of wine and also a personal card from Kate saying Happy Birthday, and enjoy your visit to Melbourne. And people, it's this sort of personal service that makes one hotel stand out from the rest, and this one certainly does. They also raved about the real friendly service from the rest of the staff. They loved their four night stay. We will return!!"

"We chose Citadines as we needed on-site parking, due to foot injury. However, booking was a nightmare. I needed to call hotel for additional information, I was put through to someone in Asia, probably Manila. The girl was useless, it was a complete waste of time. She finally supposedly put me through to the hotel... wrong information again! I informed Reception on arrival, but will it be fixed???"
