"This was probably my 12th stay at the hotel, and it really is one of the gems of the Sydney hotel scene. Great rooms and a great location. I did request a room at the back, which has never been a problem in the past when it can be accommodated , but this time the check-in agent told me to be placed in a room at the back meant I would downgrade my booking.
No one has ever told me that before and the rooms at the back are as good as the rooms at the front so it would not have been a downgrade. Still, the agent just refused to even consider it - and that was very strange. "

Airport shuttle was $12 per person and runs onn set times, requiring a booking. It was on time and efficient.
Only ate breakfast here, which was ok.
Very happy with the room and price. I did find the bed felt small for a queen bed and the bed sheet didn't fit properly and was lifting off the mattress.

"Property is beautiful. Pool outside was colllddddd! (We visited in August-winter) hot tub spa made up for it. On site parking expensive. Surrounding area has some good cuisine variety. Laundromat nearby if you don’t want laundry service. Area looks like it’s recovering from a storm, lots of construction. Beautiful views of the water. Wish we could stay longer."
