"The hotel is close to the airport. However it isn’t what I’d call clean. The sheets and towels were no longer white. The bathroom didn’t look clean but this in part is due to the hard water staining. Rust marks on the floor from the bin. Plastic on the shower door fell off and the vanity was coming apart from moisture. The pool area was nice and I had it to myself.
Travelling into downtown Yangon is easy enough (hotel staff kindly organised a taxi for me) but it was super difficult and...
