I loved the breakfasts and the friendly staff,especially the willingness of the cleaning staff to accommodate everything I needed. I like that there are many dining options. My only wish was that there should have been a brochure of a sort informing guests of all the stores/restaurants downstairs. Be sure to see me again next trip!

The place is very clean. Su Wei ( reception) and her team is amazing since the minute we walked in. We went and booked another hotel for experience but we had to return to Novotel because not many Hotel in YGN is clean. Especially we were traveling with 7 months old. Ma Htike from reservation was very helpful with all the adjustments we made. One of the best in Myanmar.

Carpets seemed a little worn out. Otherwise, everything was spic and span. Staff was very enthusiastic. There were a lot of interns in the staff, and they were over eager to learn and please the customers. Highly recommend a stay there. Breakfast spread was outstanding. Evening time, terrace bar and restaurant was very enjoyable, to take in the Yangon skyline !
