"This was a great and amazing stay , wish was here more than the one day. Had a traditional Japanese room with tamhimi mats and tea set The Public Onsen is awesome they switch the male and female sides. Views of Mt Fuji and TATTOO friendly. STAFF is what makes this place great, made sure was able to make it to train station out and super friendly/helpful. Decent gift shop on-site . Would love to come again when in Fuji area"

"Lovely room with a view of mt.fuji. very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Loved that we were also beside an amusement park that we were also able to take advantage of the hotels discount price. Recommend if youre planning to stay near the Mt fuji area"

"Our stay at Konansou was absolutely incredible and one of the highlights of our trip to Japan! The accommodations were beautiful, the traditional Japanese baths were fantastic, and the views of Mt. Fuji were breathtaking. The food was truly next level. Every course was beautifully presented, creative, and delicious. It was honestly one of the most exciting and memorable dining experiences I've ever had! What really made the stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and helpful in every way. The hospitality was outstanding. Konansou exceeded our expectations in every respect. An unforgettable experience that I cannot recommend highly enough. Worth every penny!"

"I liked that it provided free shuttle to the hotel from the bus/train station. The room was clean and staff were kind. They allowed us to hold our luggage at the lobby free of charge after check out so we can explore the area a bit more before heading out. They provided free coffee/drinks and late night snacks for their guests. The hot tub on the balcony overlooking mount fuji was beautiful! They had private onsen, but it didn’t look so clean and sanitary inside, so we just stayed at our balcony hot tub. The breakfast buffet’s food was mediocre, nothing impressive."

"We had a great stay! The rooms had a beautiful traditional Japanese vibe, and we got to see Mount Fuji so clearly. It was such a nice experience and made our trip even more special. Would definitely recommend!"

"Rooms are clean. Staff is kind, didn’t speak English but we use our google translate app. They also have 2 options for a breakfast buffet. Free shuttle to take you to and from Kawaguchiko station. The best part of the hotel will be the hot rock bed, 100% recommended."
