とても快適に過ごすことができました。チェックイン時の待ち時間に宿泊者シートを書いてお待ちくださいなどの案内があれば、もう少しスムーズにチェックインできたかなと思います。 シニア犬なのでベッドではないほうが良かったので和室を予約しましたが、モダンな感じでとても良かったです。

全体的に明るくとても清潔感を感じました。到着した翌日が大雪でしたが、プレイルームで運動させる事が出来たし、オムツの種類も多かったので安心して滞在することができました。朝食、夕食共にBGMもあり落ち着いた雰囲気で料理を味わえました。是非また泊まりたいと思います。
前日は大雪で何処に富士山があるか分�かりませんでしたが、大雪翌日は目の前にドーン！虹も出てました。

滞在は南米チリから来日し、9日には離日する日系人青年男女2名を富士山の見える山中湖畔に正月3～4日の一泊で連れて行ったもの。天気に恵まれたことに加え、ホテルの施設が清潔で、スタッフの方々の応接も暖かく満足のいくものでした。今回はペット同伴ではなかったものの、ドッグラン及び食堂でのペット及び同伴者への対応も含め、大変感じの良い滞在となりました。
