There was even a rubber glove hanging from the ceiling im guessing to cover an exposed wire. It took so long to process the refund that i ended up travelling home that evening and didnt get back untll after midnight. It ruined our 1 night stay. He paid me back part of what i payed and i ended up losing £20 as he said he would only give me the money he woild make from it not the fee he pays yourselves!"
