"We stayed for 2 nights, and although we have visited the temple complex last year, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here this time round. It was very peaceful and relaxing, and being able to walk the complex at night was eerily beautiful. Our room was a spacious,clean, and nice. The bed was big and comfy, and the bathroom was big too. "This hotel was very disappointing after seeing reviews and pictures online. To start on a positive, it is very beautiful outside and in summer I can imagine it he pool is lovely. However, there were several disappointing aspects to our stay. Firstly, the lack of hot water. I did go to reception and she informed me there was a switch for the hot water (not sure why I wasn’t told this at check in), however when this was switched on we still had no hot water for our stay. "We (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June. Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat). Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. Still with small towels - like the rest of Vietnam hotels it seems. Pool was lovely - water warm, large towels provided and drinks available. Restaurant - breakfast: small selection but tasty. Dinner: limited vegetarian selection but enough for a couple of days and all tasty. Front of house team all very helpful and friendly. They arranged a car with driver for us for the day and a half sightseeing - reasonably priced and saved having to wait for Grabs etc- and they also arranged a car to take us back to Hanoi airport at the end of our trip. Would definitely stay there again."

"My family and I stayed 4 days, throughout the entire stay the staff was extremely hospitable! The whole experience was amazing and the scenery was breathtaking! The hotel was in a great location, it was just about 10 mins outside of the city but with a grab or moped easily accessible. I recommend this place 100% for your stay in Ninh Bihn! I loved everything about this stay!"
