"Hotel is clean and comfortable! My kids love the big tub that can enjoy hot springs in room. It locates in mid level so it’s quiet at night. It is around 30 mins away from the airport, but only taxi can reach there, no other public transport available. If you want to go to night market, the closest one is ChongLi 中壢night market, which takes around 20 mins by car. All the hotel staff are very helpful. It is a very enjoyable stay. "

I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Taiwan, and I was truly impressed by the outstanding service from the entire team. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth and stress-free stay.
One particular moment that stood out was when I needed help coordinating transportation for the high-speed train. Not only did they assist me with all the details, but one of the front desk staff even walked across to a 7-Eleven to personally pick up my ticket, a gesture that I deeply appreciated.
A special thank you to Vivian Wen, whose dedication, kindness, and professionalism made a lasting impression. While I didn’t catch the names of the other helpful team members at the front desk, they were equally courteous and accommodating throughout my stay.
