"Beakfast was the best I ever have had, huge, but mostly for asian people but I (european) could find a lot to eat. I travel alone so the size of the room was ok I had a dubble bed, perhaps for 2 persons it is too small. I like that tre room had a balcony. The pool is big. The lobby is beatiful. No bottled water but there is water in the corridor so you can fill the big bottle which is in the room. The cleankeeper was very busy and come late when I was already back and needed to rest. I liked the location, it was easy to walk in many places. I would choose Lakeshore Hotel Tainan again if I come back to Tainan."

"這次住一下電視無法開啟後來又保險絲爆掉，換了房間後，準備要睡覺又發現電燈壞掉一閃一閃的，當時有帶小孩而且也睡了，根本無法處理，住宿感受蠻不好的"

"Two weeks ago, I used Hotels.com to book two rooms: one for 2 adults and 2 children, and another for 2 adults. However, when we checked in at the LAI Hotel on December 27, the staff informed us that they do not have family rooms to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. As a result, we were forced to add an extra bed to each of the two rooms (splitting into 2 adults + 1 child per room) and had to pay an additional USD 80. I believe Hotels.com should have verified the room capacity with the hotel before confirming the booking. This discrepancy caused us significant inconvenience and unexpected costs. I look forward to hearing how you intend to resolve this issue and compensate us for the additional charges."
