"Overall this is a great place to stay if you are looking to spend a lot of time at Taroko Gorge. However, that also means the area around is pretty remote and transportation is limited. It is a good budget hostel to stay at if you are staying for a few days. "

"The location is extremely convenient for Taroko Gorge and the surrounding areas. The view from our room was just magical. My son has dietary restrictions and the staff all remembered and made sure to point out everything in the breakfast buffet that he could eat (which was plenty). The buffet was delicious with a mix of local and western options. We felt comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend."

"雖然下訂是湖中2-4人房，但民宿卻表示是湖灰2-4人房（？？），但湖灰房型早晚滿具有風味的，惟民宿靠近湖邊，亦有蜘蛛網或小昆蟲，若害怕大自然的旅客，要稍微注意一下。 民宿提供早餐是現做，手藝也非常好。"

"民宿主人很用心經營民宿，住宿環境很乾淨、房間隔音也很好，這次旅行因為有寶寶，洗澡時需要小澡盆，民宿有提供寶寶澡盆，這點超級加分～有機會到花蓮還會想再選擇住這裡。"

"住宿點外面車位被停滿，服務人員沒有清楚指示哪裡可以停車，最後停車點雖在住宿點對面，但路上車速很快，過馬路有點危險。 飲水機故障，僅冷水可用，但標示不清處。 不提供早餐，盥洗用具，車流聲超大，冷氣有點吵，隔音不佳，隔壁聊天聲音都聽得到，天花板掉漆，提供安博盒子，但沒有第四台，這樣的住宿品質卻要五千多塊，加上價錢因素，這樣的住宿體驗非常差。 最後，民宿證照僅標示核可3間，令人疑惑。"
