"This is one of the most spectacularly designed hotels I have ever experienced. And I've been around. It feels like a garden oasis and museum just as much as a hotel. No cost to create a mesmerizing interior was spared. A far cry from the typical 5 star tower with predictable, boring environment. Breakfast was adequate but a little lame considering that everything else is just amazing here."

"C'est le pure hotel où je sois allé en , Chine. A la réception le personnel ne parle pas français. Aucun service dans cet hôtel. A l'arrivée on vous demande une garantie mais le minibar est vide. Ils n'apportent pas les colis que vous recevez, ils ne vous préviennent même pas. Bref, je n'y retournerai pas Le restaurant est très souvent fermé. I"
