"Tried to cancel thru the Expedia virtual service, several times, to no avail.
Never stayed, rebooked to another location. When I booked, the location given in Maioli was behind a gas station in centre of town. 24 hours prior to arrival, I verified the address on Google map and it was outside the city, in the hills. Since I am cycling, I wasn't going to launch myself into the Taiwanese hills, after a day of cycling."

"The area has very few breakfast options and parking can be an issue. However the room was comfortable, clean and had a decent bed and good bathroom facilities. The only two negative issues are that there is no bedside lamp (for getting up at night) and the TV remove control did not work.
I would visit Neostay again because it has great value for money and is clean and comfortable. "

"隔音非常不好，不確定是隔壁房還是樓上6樓洗衣房發出的聲響，11點多到凌晨2點多了都還持續有聲響，雖然收費不貴，硬體設備不會有太大要求，只求有個休息睡覺的地方，但很可借連這基本的的品質都沒有，環境清潔的也不乾淨"
