The elevator wait time was too long. I understand the room amenities are mandated by policy, but the lack of even a comb was really inconvenient. The staff in the children's play area and the restaurant staff were excellent, but because of the staggered entry, the food on the counter was quickly devoured by the large group of guests. Many dishes, like salad lettuce and fried eggs, took a long time to be replenished."

However, the sofa bed was not very comfortable to sleep on. 2.The lounge happy hour service was excellent, with staff assisting in preparing delicious cocktails. "We were at the hotel for one night and City Place Hotel in Tainan did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious and very modern. It was also super helpful to have English speaking staff and concierge service. Staff was very helpful and we were able to leave our baggage for the day after checkout for no extra fee. "
