"I highly recommend this property. It is beautifully decorated. There are lovely tableware and glasses. There are two TVs and access to wifi as well as air conditioning. Every morning we appreciated the view of the Odra River. It was also easy to walk to the main square. The only recommendation is that they include in the entry instructions how to open and close the middle door to the hallway leading to our apartment and the adjacent apartment. "Very clean apartment. Good WiFi. Lovely shower and plenty of towels -a shower mat would be useful.. Kitchen area had everything you could need (apart from a tea towel) with dishwasher tabs and kitchen roll. Bed is a small double with 2 single duvets. Extra pillows in the cupboard. Be aware: the curtains let all the sun through from sunrise and it can get very bright! Very good location - less than 5 mins walk to the Galeria, and 15 minutes into the old town square. "

"We had a lovely stay this the Monopol - great location, lovely breakfast and the kids loved the pool. My only irk was the lighting in the bedrooms - the rooms were incredibly dark with little natural light and only dim mood lighting dotted about. This made it difficult to get ready properly/do make up without looking like a clown once you got outside."

"First of all the hotel is in a fantastic position for Sightseeing it’s as close as it gets for the square. The staff are fantastic and most helpful. We were in a 4 star room and it’s basic, nice twin bed shower pressure adequate and be warned there is No safe in the room, the breakfast wasn’t for us and we had breakfast out on last day although they did bacon on second day so had a bacon roll. But the issue I had the fantastic bar they have, shuts at 9:00 at night which is unfortunate thought it may have stopped open a bit later for guests. On the positive side the bed was comfortable, more importantly the town square and food outlets are all within 100m from the front door."

"The hotel is just opposite the main railway station, making it an ideal option if you travel by train. The staff were all super kind and eager to help. The hotel is well maintained and the room we stayed (room 330) was very stylish and spacious. We particularly liked the wardrobe and so many drawers! The only suggestion we would like to make is to improve food selections of their breakfast. It didn't stand out comparing other similar hotels we had stayed in."

"Great hotel in an excellent location Really enjoyed my stay at Scandic Wrocław. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Wrocław Główny station and around 10–15 minutes on foot from the Old Town and Rynek. The room was clean, modern and well equipped with a comfortable bed, fridge, kettle, iron and ironing board, TV, desk and separate table with comfortable chairs. The bathroom was modern with both a shower and bathtub. My only minor criticism was that the pillows could have been more comfortable. There’s a small but useful 24-hour gym and a family-sized sauna available at various times. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Standard check-in is 16:00, although early check-in or late check-out is available for around 80 PLN. Overall, excellent value, comfortable and ideally located. I would happily stay here again."

"I love that hotel and I travel almost every year from U.S. with my family. Everything is amazing except people working at reception never smile and are not very welcoming to the guests. I have been traveled around the world and had never experienced cold welcome like this. My personal opinion is that they need to have some extra training how to be more hospitable or just change the receptionists!!"
