"Lovely sea view room overlooking the road but was quiet. Great location for accessing all areas of the island and near to other facilities. Breakfast was good and restaurant busy."

"Lovely Manager who helped us to check in slightly earlier than normal which was very much appreciated. The villa had every kitchen item we needed for self-cooking while staying. There is also a washing machine in the Villa and a place to hang laundry in the little private courtyard. Great location in Kingscote opposite the jetty."

"Stayed 3 nights mid-winter, cosy and comfortable, warm and homely, with all the necessities. The camp kitchen was handy for cooking your own food, with most things at your fingertips. The beach is in walking distance and the host is very approachable if required. Excellent value for an excellent stay."

"This was the first time we traveled to Australia and we were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at Ecopia Retreat in the Residence property! The Residence was beautifully decorated and the back yard was full of wildlife! It was a perfect stay for our family for 4 days. The host was always available and so friendly. The stars at night were unbelievable! Totally off the grid and relaxing and special!"
