Tidy and spacious studio unit accommodation equipped with clean and functional kitchen utensils and Nespresso coffee machine; simple and contactless check-in and check-out procedures but with clear instructions and guidance by the host; property and surrounding area is altogether a peaceful and quiet getaway; I highly recommend this place as a tranquil retreat on the beautiful Kangaroo Island if peace and quiet is what you require with your accommodation!

Quiet hideaway

The venue was both comfortable and quiet. It suited our needs for the three nights we stayed there. The location was a little remote with a 30 minute drive to most facilities and meals, although it was late in the season and hadn't appreciated the distances involved in touring Kangaroo Island. An ideal location for a relaxed holiday and close enough to the airport and larger town for travel and services.

The villa was spacious and enjoyed breakfast on the deck. The Queen bed was comfortable, however, there was very little water pressure in the shower and kitchen sink. It was very quiet as the villa was in the bushland. The villa's are more like cabins. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our 5 night stay.

A pleasant stay no Aircon but we managed very loud music nearby on Saturday night but apart from that we went everywhere we wanted on the island

A beautiful area, peaceful and relaxing. A variety of places to dine. Shower quite dated and sofa bed not very comfortable . Expedia had incorrect contact details so was difficult to contact Villa to confirm booking, hopefully this is now being rectified.

Not my favourite stay....even on rustic KI

This stay started off terribly after a 5 hour car ride and ferry crossing. There was no one at the property when we arrived to welcome us. (We may have been sent an email with instructions but I must have missed it.) We called the posted cell number and the call was dropped, then drove out to another property 1 km away and finally found someone to help us. The cabin had been left open and the key on the table! GRRR! The cabin was nicely set up. Somewhat comfortable but not like in the photo. The property was tricky to find, hidden off the road. Have everything that you need for your stay here. There is nothing available nearby. And no management to help you out.

Not where I would return to stay. The reception was hard to find. Couldn't get through their landline , and Kim's mobile was never been answered, just texted back after a while. Not responsive to their customers. We booked two cabins. One wasn't ready while we arrived. One cook stove, one external cooking pan, and outdoor bbq were not working. The facilities are pretty run down. Need a good improvement on both services and facilities.

Terrible service. When we arrived, rang the number to gain access to the cabin, reception told us that the property manager would ring us back with the details. After an hour of waiting we rang again to be told the same thing, still no answer from the manager. The only reason we managed to get access to our cabin was because the cleaner was there getting it ready and she let us in, which is not part of her job. We never received a call from the manager

Das einchecken war furchtbar. 3 Telefonnummern zur Kontaktaufnahme und keine war erreichbar. Dann eine zweite Adresse wo man eincheckt, dort war geschlossen, "sorry we are closed". Zurück in die Anlage und alle Zimmer und Cabins abgegangen und eine offene Tür gesucht. Letztendlich haben wir Cabin 2 mit offener Tür vorgefunden. Die haben wir dann einfach bezogen ohne zu wissen ob das richtig ist. Das ganze hat mehrere Stunden gedauert, somit war ein Nachmittag verloren. Die Cabin 2 haben wir dann behalten. Am nächsten Morgen kam die Managerin Tash und hat sich ganz lieb mit einem Glas Honig entschuldigt. Die Cabin war komplett ausgestattet, das Schlafzimmer sehr eng, das Badezimmer viel zu klein. Der Aussenbereich sehr staubig und dadurch stark verschmutzt.
