"The hotel itself needs a little bit of updating in terms of decor, but the room we stayed in was fine for us and was very quiet. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was OK (the water pressure was a bit low) and it was nice having a full sized fridge in the room. The staff were always friendly and it was an ideal base for visiting family in Halifax"

"We had a one night stay and it was very good from start to finish, staff were amazingly helpful and very welcoming nothing was no trouble...........the cleanliness of the room was excellent, but I found the bed uncomfortable 😣 it felt a bit lumpy............
