"Customers service exceptional, the rooms specifically the bathroom needs upgrading, no extractor fan, the toilette was not screwed properly to the floor.... health and safety issue. The windows needs major cleaning. Having said that the staff and the building are fantastic!!!"

Barry on reception was incredible and made us feel so welcome and my son couldn’t get downstairs quick enough to see him. James was also extremely helpful and again a hit with a very active toddler.
