"The property is located in Hove, about a 16-minute walk from Brighton city centre, so I found the location to be very convenient. My room’s door didn’t close properly, and it could be opened without using the key. However, after I reported it to the staff, they arranged for it to be repaired straight away, so I was very impressed with how quickly they responded. One thing to note is that there wasn’t a hairdryer, which might be a little inconvenient for some guests, especially women."

"Our room was plenty big enough, and the bathroom was fine. The shower is over the bath, so getting in and out could be a problem if you're older, or not so good at climbing over the edge of it! Air conditioning was great as we had hot weather! Five minute walk to the beach (stony), and a nice 15-20 minute stroll into town. Breakfast was good - cereal and pastries etc, bread etc and/or full English cooked if you wanted it."

"Room was clean and tidy, our room overlooked the sea which was amazing, no restaurant which was disappointing, no sure about breakfast as we left early 06:00, the TV in the the was poor to small, had to park at a multi-storey car park as there wasn’t any parking, but it was only down the road and reasonable priced."
