"Absolutely perfect stay. Greeted with warmth and kindness from the owners and also departed with the same warmth and kindness. During my stay nothing was too much trouble if I needed it. Idyllic location near to Worthing centre and also Cissbury Ring landmark. Great transport links. "The room was clean but very cold and heating never came on so one of the staff gave us an electric heater and we had to run the taps for ages to get hot water. Also noticed a lot of mould in the corridors at the windows. Breakfast was okay. The hotel definitely needs a refurbishment!"
