"The La Quinta in Springfield Illinois was beautifully run - and, literally beautiful! I was traveling alone, as a senior lady, and needed a safe environment. This was it! Walmart across the parking lot in one direction, and a Golden Corral in the other direction. Perfecto! The room with 2 queen beds was the most spacious I have every stayed in. I HIGHLY recommend this place. And it was right at the junction of Interstate 55 and 72. Absolutely perfect."

"This is the fourth time we have stayed here and would not stay anywhere else. It is a short drive to the Fairgrounds, it’s clean and the staff has always been nice and helpful. This is definitely our go to place."

"Was there for a wedding. No prob about getting an iron and the board. I mentioned that uber might not work there. They offered a ride by a staff member. Im picky but i was happy. Oh, beer $2 happy hour. Plus 50 cents regular price. Where i live i pay $ 8."

"They kept the place so clean and it smelled nice. Just needs some updates or Tlc. For the money I’ve stayed in way way way way worse. I would stay again. The king bedroom we had wasn’t like pictured, definitely not as updated as shown. Bathroom fixtures needed some tlc. Bed was hard. The double queen room had metal frames with no boxsprings that you could feel through the mattress, all three of them complained about wanting to sleep on the floor."
