"It was a great choice the drinks and food were a plus. I did notice some staff helped some more than others, I observed some picking up plates from tables and I am disabled and no one offered any assistance. It was very obvious. I also was patiently waiting for food to be replenished and when finally gave up it suddenly appeared! Coincidence maybe? Maybe extent bar hours out an hour or more, it felt rushed. "

"The bathroom shower door was dirty at the bottom and on the track. Everything else in the room was clean. The bed was terrible when sleeping because of how soft the mattress was. I did tell the staff when checking out."

"We had to change rooms because the HVAC wasn't working properly and the bed was uncomfortable. The second room was better. The elevator wasn't working properly and it dropped us from the lobby to the basement, which was terrifying. The outside of the property was not well maintained... full of weeds. Would not stay there again."

"I don't know if anyone is actually taking care of this property. The room itself was a good size. The pillows were just tossed on the bed as if someone was in there sleeping and left in a hurry.They we're also totally flat. I'm pretty sure the linen wasn't even changed. The entire place smelled like cigarettes. I'm sorry guys. I checked in super late and was completely exhausted from driving to even complain about the condition of the the room. Our family just made do for the night an left as quickly as we could the next morning. This could be a good place if you take better care of it."

"We couldn't figure out how to turn it on didn't eat breakfast but did have some apple juice it was totally watered down "

"That was the only thing I didn't like. They don't really give you breakfast, just coffee, juice, toast, and waffles. No eggs, no potatoes, no sausages. There was no sugar for the coffee, only Splenda. I only had coffee, really."

"Very nice hotel. Service was good and room was spacious, comfortable with a great bed. I'd stay again"
