"Not sure were these crazy reviews came from but I enjoyed my stay.The breakfast bar was above average. The room was worth more than $100 a night. I would stay again without thought. If you are looking for valet to park your Bugatti Tourbillion, you need to get off this sight, call your assistant and have them book you at the Ritz."

"Surroundings is nothing special. Downtown Abu Dhabi isn't pretty or touristic, however it's a good base to sightseeing and taxis are cheap. The hotel itself is very clean but even after 3 nights at the hotel I couldn't figure out how to get hot water. Sometimes functionality is better than design."

"Excellent stay! Starting with Abhilash as the bell boy, Clara Marylyn and team at the reception, the service is 5⭐️ The breakfast spread is very different. Fresh and delicious. The personalized service by Baphi Rezie and Lylen. Chef Saleem personally spoke to us and all of the restaurant staff made sure that our stay was exceptional. House keeping was prompt and efficiently maintained and we had our laundry done super clean and fast. The Courtyard Mariott is very conveniently located to the World Trade Ctr which gives access to shopping malls, food court, cinema etc which is an ideal place for families with children. Even though their lobby area may be small (compared to some other hotels) not to mention a visit to the Grand Palace Hotel which has the luxury style and finess, the Courtyard Mariott is cosy friendly and offers an excellent personalized experience! I would like to thank the management and team of staff for ensuring that our stay was safe and enjoyable. Thank you 🙏♥️🙏"
