"You must be very careful at this hotel. I was robbed and kidnapped on the premises. All my belongings were stolen, and the hotel did nothing. I sent a letter explaining my situation over a month ago, and I still haven't received a response. The security at this hotel is terrible. They let people into the hotel who stole all my belongings. The police recommended I change hotels. It has been the most unpleasant hotel experience I've ever had."

I literally dropped a tiny sim card chip on the lobby floor and they joined me on hands and knees looking for it and had the entire staff available come help. Now that is what I call service. We have returned here a few times now because of the good experiences and fun pool for the kids. Thank you Radisson for all you do! "
